This policy describes the shipping procedures for orders placed through the Rosmarin Atelier website.

SHIPPING AREAS
We currently ship to Ireland and to countries throughout Europe. Please refer to the list of available countries during the checkout process.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The exact costs will be clearly displayed in the shopping cart and during the checkout process before you finalise your order. We offer free shipping on orders over €65 to all of Ireland. For orders to other countries in Europe, shipping costs will be calculated as indicated on our website.

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. For Ireland, delivery is generally within 5 working days after shipment. For other countries in Europe, delivery times will be estimated during checkout. Please note that these times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as delays in transport services.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. Rosmarin Atelier is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available) so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS
For orders shipped outside of Ireland, you may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and other charges applied by the destination country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the price of the products or the shipping costs. We recommend that you check the customs regulations of your country before placing an order.
