Refund Policy – Rosmarin Atelier

At Rosmarin Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please read our refund policy below.

RETURNS PROCESS
To initiate a return, please fill out the return request form [link]. After we receive your form, our support team will review your request and contact you by email within [2 working days] with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the shipping address for the products.

RETURNS
You have the right to return products within 14 days of the date of receipt, without needing to provide any justification. To exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by email (atelier.rosmarin@gmail.com). The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, along with all accessories and proof of purchase.

RETURN COSTS
The direct costs of returning the products will be your responsibility, unless the products are faulty or were sent incorrectly by us.

REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned products and verify that they are in their original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive faulty or incorrect products, please contact us immediately via our contact email. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the return shipping costs, as soon as we have verified the situation.

EXCEPTIONS
For hygiene reasons, some products (such as candle refills that have been opened) may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. This will be clearly indicated in the product description.
