All our products are carefully handcrafted in our atelier in Ireland.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes, sustainability is a priority. We use natural soy wax, water-based ResinCrete, and recycled and biodegradable packaging whenever possible. We also offer refills to extend the lifespan of our pots.

What type of wax do you use?
We only use 100% natural soy wax for a clean burn and excellent scent throw.
What are the scents of your candles?
Currently, our signature fragrance is a refreshing blend of rosemary and lemon, inspired by the Irish landscape. We may introduce other scents in the future.
How long do your candles burn?
The burn time varies depending on the size of the candle. Please refer to the individual product description for detailed estimated burn times.
Can the candle pots be reused?
Yes! Our ResinCrete pots are designed to be reused with our refills, or for other decorative purposes in your home.
Do you sell refills for the candles?
Yes, we offer refills for our candles, allowing you to continue enjoying your favourite fragrances sustainably.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. We offer free shipping on orders over €65 to all of Ireland. The exact costs will be displayed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 working days, and delivery within Ireland takes approximately 5 working days after shipment. Delivery times for other European countries vary.
What is your return policy?

PACKAGING

How are my orders packaged?
Your unboxing experience is as important as our products. Each Rosmarin Atelier order is carefully and eco-consciously packaged with attention to detail, making it perfect for gifting to someone special or treating yourself. Your candle or accessory will be wrapped in tissue paper and protected with shredded paper inside a cardboard box. For extra protection, we use natural beeswax wrap around the product.
Inside the packaging, you'll find a letter from Rosmarin Atelier, a thank you card with support information and social media links, and small personalised cards with product care tips and its specific description. Everything is finished with a special touch, such as a natural sisal twine and, at times, a handcrafted wax seal.
