Terms of Sale – Rosmarin Atelier
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products offered by Rosmarin Atelier through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by Rosmarin Atelier. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order, but only an acknowledgement that we have received it. A contract between us will only be formed when we send you the shipping confirmation of the products ordered.
PRICES
The prices of the products are indicated in Euros (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the applicable rate in Ireland. Shipping costs will be added to the total price of your order and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but these changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation.
AVAILABILITY AND PROCESSING
All products shown on our website are available for order. However, as each item is lovingly handcrafted, please allow a processing time of 2 to 5 working days before your order is shipped. We will inform you as soon as possible if, for any unforeseen reason, we cannot process your order and will offer you an alternative or a refund.
PAYMENT
We accept the payment methods indicated on our website (for example, Stripe, PayPal). By placing an order, you declare that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Payment will be debited when your order is processed for shipment.
DELIVERY
We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the products within the estimated timeframe indicated on our website. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ownership of and risk of loss of the products will pass to you upon delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel your order up to the point when it is shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact email. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.
